AudioVibes provides three levels of service to help you grow your reach:

  • Free Plan: Basic listing with limited visibility.
  • Basic ($9.99/mo): Enhanced listing with one image and standard ad-serving.
  • Premium ($29.99/mo): Featured priority, unlimited media, and advanced Google Ads management.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. By providing a payment method, you authorize AudioVibes to charge the monthly fee automatically until you cancel.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

To maintain our low-cost structure and immediate ad-serving capabilities, we operate under a Strict No-Refund Policy.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused services.
  • Immediate Access: Because digital ad-serving and listing placement occur immediately upon payment, all sales are final.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your Account Settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which you will not be charged again.

3. Privacy & Data Collection

We take your privacy seriously and comply with 2026 US Data Privacy Standards.

What We Collect

  • User Provided Data: Email, name, and profile information for account creation.
  • Usage Data: IP addresses and browser strings used for spam detection and ad-serving optimization.

4. Ad-Serving & Google Ads Compliance

For users on paid plans:

  • Optimization: We use professional tools to manage your ad spend. While we strive for maximum ROI, AudioVibes does not guarantee specific sales or click volumes.
  • Transparency: Your monthly fee covers both our management platform and the media spend allocated to your listing.

5. User Rights & Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for your password and all activity under your account.
  • Your Data Rights: You may request an export or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@audiovibes.app.
  • Content Rights: You retain ownership of the media you upload, but you grant AudioVibes a license to display it across our network to promote your listing.

6. Limitation of Liability

AudioVibes provides its service “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform or any inaccuracies in user-generated listings.
